A non-registered owner may request a printed copy of the Governing Documents by filling out the online form to request the Governing Documents.
- A $50 fee must be paid by check for the Governing Documents of the Association.

Request Insurance Documents
A registered owner may download the Insurance Documents from Hampshire Arms website hampshirearms.com (FrontSteps portal).
A non-registered owner may request an electronic copy of the Insurance Documents by filling out the online form to request the Insurance Documents.
Screening Applications – Buyers, Tenants, Occupants
Hampshire Arms is using TenantEvaluation for screening of buyers, tenants, occupants. Once the background report is received by the Board, they will make a decision (approval / denial) within 30 days.
